Greetings to all fellow travelers on this sojourn into the unknown waters of growing old! As a writer, a senior, and collector of images— beautiful images of our aging society, and curator of my own journey in life, we are at a time in our history when we actually hold the majority! We are not our parents’ generation by a long shot. The history we have witnessed then and now is extraordinary. And, through it, I have met, heard, witnessed and remembered people from all walks of life caught in extraordinary acts of ordinary musings, including my own. All of them impactful, I have realized for some time I wanted to be a social commentator, writing about the ups and downs, loss and gains, changes and stabilities of our ever-changing society with the common stages of this journey. What better stories to share with my fellow “baby boomers” than the real consequences aging brings to our door. Hopefully, I can express, through my own trials and tribulations, the most difficult yet hopefully rewarding chapters in the great art of living. I have written my first novel, Ageless Hearts, as a reminder that even love recognizes no age, no time, no circumstances. Enjoy!
